State Privacy Rights

This is the state-law supplement to our Privacy Policy. It applies if you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy statute, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah.

Rights You Have

The rights are: access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, plus in some states a right of appeal where a request is refused. Nobody is penalised for using them; you will not be charged differently or given a lesser version of the site.

Sale, Sharing and Targeted Ads

There is no monetary sale of personal information. Where advertising is displayed, though, identifiers may be made available to ad partners, which under CCPA/CPRA and comparable state laws may count as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’ for cross-context behavioural advertising. Information Categories

The relevant categories are identifiers (IP, cookie identifiers, device identifiers), internet or network activity (page views, referrers and timestamps on keyboardrelief.com), and contact information limited to any email address you chose to provide. Putting in a Request

Send requests to hello@keyboardrelief.com. The Global Privacy Control browser signal is honoured automatically and is the simplest way to opt out. We verify identity by replying to the address that contacted us, respond within the time allowed by the applicable state law, and accept requests from an authorised agent with written proof of authority.
