Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-07-28
Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws can opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page explains the position at Keyboardrelief and the routes available.
Background
- We should be clear about scope. Your personal information is not sold for money. Where advertising is served, though, identifiers may be shared with advertising partners, and because these laws define ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ expansively, that sharing may fall within them. The opt-out is offered on that basis.
- This applies to everyone reading our coverage of Keyboardrelief on keyboardrelief.com, whether or not you have ever subscribed or commented.
Once You Have Opted Out
Opting out ends the sharing, not the advertising. Expect to keep seeing ads, just not ones shaped by your browsing. Access to everything on keyboardrelief.com is unaffected, as anti-discrimination provisions require.
Exercising the Opt-Out
Pick a route. Global Privacy Control in your browser is honoured automatically by this site — that alone is sufficient. Otherwise use the cookie consent banner where it appears, or email hello@keyboardrelief.com, subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. An account is never required to opt out.
The State Privacy Notice sets out every right these statutes provide, not just this one.
